# IFP 1) = inflammatory pseudotumor, submucosal fibroma… 2) Exclusively in the ileum, usually solitary 3) Pathology: vascular fibrous stroma + diffuse inflammatory infiltrate 4) Clinical presentation: intussusception with SBO (sometimes) # IFP of GI tract (Abdom Imaging 2015;40:2159-66) 1) 117 patients with IFPs : Esophagus (n = 1), stomach (n =81), duodenum (n =1) SB (n = 9), colon (n = 25) 2) CT: well-defined, round or ovoid, purely endoluminal mass overlying mucosal hyperenhancement (67%)
