The Korean Society of Abdominal Radiology was established in October 1983.
Monthly conferences are held for members of the society, every 2nd Thursday, in the Seoul metropolitan area. Biannual subspecialty courses are offered by the society for radiologists, including residents. Annual conferences are held in June to promote the highest standards and professionalism in abdominal radiology and foster greater fellowship among society members. An educational lecture course for radiology residents are provided every March.
