In retrospective review, there is a regret that I need to recommend and perform further imaging study for S3 lesion and should have given more information to surgeon to avoid unnecessary resection of the liver. 

The pathologist said sclerosing or sclerosed hemangioma is possible cause or spectrum of segmenal atrophy.
