2. Pathological findings.
Serous cystadenoma of pancreas solid pancreatic tumors composed of cells that are morphologically and histochemically indistinguishable from those of SCNs. Serous cystadenoma cells that do not secrete fluid or they comprise a large number of small cysts measuring tenths of a millimeter .
