| Comments | Rectum, R26;Benign smooth muscle tumor R26;Smooth muscle actin and desmin (+), c-kit (-) R26;Rare in the rectum R26;anorectal location: under 0.1% R26; R26;arsing from the muscularis mucosa : small, sessile, asymptomatic appearing as polyp, may bleeding R26;arising from the muscularis propria : may large, exophytic growth pattern, -- can causing rectal stenosis R26; R26;A tiny calcification within the mass on CT in this case may be a clue for making a diagnosis of leiomyoma.
