Colorectal schwannoma is extremely rare
•DDx with colorectal GIST
•Small size
•Non-rectum location
•Smooth margin
•Homogeneous high attenuation without necrosis
•Presence of enlarged LNs
•Treatment: Polypectomy or segmental
colectomy
